the location was good near the train station. it was also close to the bay (i love bays!). visiting the places of interest was very convenient. there was even a family mart within the hotel.

the reception didn't consider my canceled breakfast. they also didn't do anything to resolve the situation. (i wanted to swim!)

i found the hotel very close to the subway. i could easily reach different areas. the hotel provided a famly mart, so buying snacks was easy. i appreciated the availability of multiple restaurants. the onsen was enjoyable after a day of sightseeing.

the room's air conditioning was centrally controlled. the room felt stuffy, and i could not adjust the temperature. i did request a fan to help circulate air.

the bathing facilities were amazing they also included shopping that could be done inside the hotel i also liked the air conditioning unit in the rooms it worked great. i found a lot of convenience in the hotel. it was a modern hotel too.

the room was way too small i did not expect it if you came with friends and share a room, i'm not sure you can open 2 luggage's together. one is enough to block the walkway. this hotel gives off a very commercial vibe it felt impersonal and the staffs were not friendly.

the hotel location was relaxing i found it beautiful along the river. i could take a stroll at night and see the cosmo clock lit up. the happy noises from the amusement park also lend a very unique charm. i could watch the harbor all day long it was fine.

the actual room itself and the room facilities were not great. the room in yokohama was SO small. the corridor getting in and out of the room is very narrow and requires one person at a time.
